If you still have the app installed, delete your account from Profile → Delete account. It happens immediately.

What this removes

Your account and profile, your saved tickets, connected mailboxes and the access they granted — withdrawn at Google and Microsoft, not just forgotten here — stored ticket attachments, extracted email records, notification tokens, and scheduled reminders.

What stays, and why

Day-level totals of automated processing costs, which carry no link to any person. And a record that a deletion happened, holding a one-way hash of your address rather than the address itself, so the request can be shown to have been honoured.

How long it takes

Deleting from the app is immediate. A request made here is actioned within 30 days.

What we can't reach

Calendar events already added to your own Google Calendar stay there — withdrawing our access means we can no longer reach them. Remove them directly in Google Calendar if you want them gone too.
